Meet Anna

As the CEO and Founder of District Homes, I lead a boutique real estate company built on trust, integrity, and deep local expertise in the East Bay market. Over the past decade, District Homes has guided clients through more than 1,000 home sales and $1.3 billion in transactions, ranking #16 in all of California for companies our size (and #1 in Berkeley), according to Real Trends Verified.

In addition to leading District Homes, I continue to represent clients personally, advising buyers and sellers throughout Berkeley, Oakland, and neighboring communities. To date, I’ve closed over $350 million in residential sales, combining strategic insight, market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills honed over years in high-stakes environments. My background allows me to bring clarity, confidence, and a steady hand — especially when it matters most on negotiation day.

Before founding District Homes, I earned a law degree in Barcelona and built a career in corporate and international business across Europe, including several years in Amsterdam. Growing up in Europe deepened my appreciation for architecture and design, from historic craftsmanship to modern innovation.

I speak English, Spanish,Catalan and Italian (and some French and Dutch), which allows me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and navigate complex transactions with nuance and empathy. 

I live in Berkeley with my husband, a professor at UC Berkeley, with one of our daughters, who attends Berkeley High School. Our oldest is in her second year at UCLA.

I’ve been fortunate to serve my community through roles on nonprofit boards and a City of Berkeley commission, where I focused on strengthening housing, education, and the arts. Today, I continue that work as a Trustee of the Berkeley Repertory Theatre, supporting the creative energy that defines our amazing East Bay community.
