Another amazing year at District Homes!

Last year, we were grateful to help over 200 families find a place to land—or move on to their next chapter. Every home represents a moment of transition, and we’re proud to be part of a community that approaches this work with care, collaboration, and heart.

In 2025, we closed over $290 million in sales, and we’re honored to be ranked #16 among California companies of our size by RealTrends. These milestones matter to us not as numbers, but as markers of trust—earned through relationships, consistency, and showing up for one another.

We continued to grow the way we always have: intentionally and thoughtfully. This year, we welcomed three new agents into the District Homes community, each adding their own voice and perspective while strengthening the culture we’ve built together.

And we’re just getting started. In 2026, we’ll be opening our second District Homes location—a new chapter rooted in the same values that brought us here: local connection, collaboration, and long-term vision. We can’t wait to share more soon.
