Janae Havens is a Bay Area native with over 12 years of customer service, sales, and management experience. She applies this knowledge to her real estate career in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.
 
Born and raised in the East Bay, Janae emphasizes a relationship-oriented process — she firmly believes that good business is the product of deep listening and putting people first. This approach enables Janae to align her intentions with her clients’ vision for a new home. She takes pride in the quality connections she builds and is inspired by the people she surrounds herself with.
 
Armed with a strong understanding of clients’ needs, Janae leverages her extensive local network and expertise to guide clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives. She specializes in Alameda and Contra Costa counties and is growing her practice in Marin County, cultivating meaningful connections and partnerships across the region.
 
Janae’s proven approach also integrates lessons and perspectives from her personal life. Her husband is a general contractor focused on high-end remodels and new construction, uniquely equipping Janae with creative perspectives on the homebuying and selling process. For Janae, unifying her and her husband’s professional aspirations was a primary motivator to enter the real estate industry, to pursue their dream of real estate investment and development together.
 
Janae can most often be found diligently previewing properties for clients, or designing a remodel with her husband. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring local hiking trails and cycling along the shoreline, as well as baking and having spontaneous dance parties with her family and friends.
