Meet Marni

A seasoned Bay Area Realtor® since 2002, Marni Fischer brings a wealth of industry experience and a deep knowledge of the local market to the District Homes team. She is known for her honesty, integrity, and fairness in all her professional and personal dealings, and is truly driven to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

 

While she is skilled at working with all types of buyers and sellers, Marni’s empathy for her clients is one of her great strengths. She is particularly aware that the real estate process is often complicated and sometimes represents a delicate transition. Marni masterfully guides her clients through their real estate transactions. Further fortifying her skills are Marni’s CAR® broker’s license, Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, and e-PRO® certification, ensuring she is up to date on the latest real estate rules and technology to navigate the market most effectively.

 

Originally from Long Island, Marni graduated from Hofstra University before moving to San Francisco to pursue her professional career. She worked in sales for an import-export company and later in the dot-com industry before discovering her passion for residential real estate.

 

Based in El Cerrito, California, Marni enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
