There are so many benefits that come with living in the San Francisco Bay Area! I’m Mitch Lucio, a full-time Realtor® with over 25 years’ experience. I’m also an active member of the Oakland/Berkeley Association of Realtors® Professional Standards Committee. I can’t wait to explore this amazing region with you. Since relocating to the Bay Area in 2004, I have successfully represented sellers and buyers throughout the East Bay. Knowing this area as I do, I can guide you to a wide range of housing options, as well as all my favorite haunts and local treasures. My focus: to protect your investment and facilitate great returns. When not keeping my ears to the ground for great home values, you can find me mountain biking in Tilden Park or the Redwood National Forest. I practice yoga at the Bikram Studio in El Cerrito. Closer to home in Kensington, I walk Nico, my English springer spaniel, on one of Berkeley’s many trails or along the Bay at Pt. Isabel. And, just like in Marin or San Francisco, there are also ample opportunities to eat well, with produce from Monterey Market and Berkeley Bowl, or in one of our many exceptional restaurants, like Juanita & Maude’s or Comal. The East Bay: there’s no place better to live.
