Meet Ursela

Ursela has called the East Bay home for over 20 years and brings expert knowledge in the unique microregions and neighborhoods of Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont and beyond. This expertise, layered upon Ursela’s decade of experience working to build and scale some of the world’s largest tech companies, enables her to provide her clients with invaluable insight as they work together to navigate the nuances of Bay Area real estate.  

An Oakland resident, Ursela’s has bought, renovated and sold several residential properties in the area. She uses this experience to support her clients’ real estate goals - whether that be first (or second!) time homeownership, or keeping a pulse on single family or multi unit investment opportunities. A relationship-builder by nature, Ursela’s focus is on supporting her clients’ authentic real estate journeys; she meets her clients with trustworthiness, credibility, and unfailing service to achieve their goals.

Ursela attended the University of California Berkeley, where she was a Division 1 NCAA athlete and National Champion on the Women’s Rowing Team. She received her Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University. When she’s not working you’ll find her spending time with her husband and young daughter exploring local hidden gem parks and play areas or strategizing on preschool and early childhood education options. Any additional free time is soaked up by trail runs in the East Bay hills and training for her next Ironman triathlon.
