T and A reached out to me for help selling their current home and buying a new one. I was hopeful that we could structure the deals so they wouldn’t have to go to a temporary housing situation in between selling the old and purchasing the new, but I prepped them for that possibility. Sometimes the stars align, and that’s exactly what happened! We negotiated a rent back so they could stay in their old house after it sold while shopping for their new one. They were able to close on their new home and move in within (literally hours) of that rent back period expiring!! They found a home they loved and that fit their needs. I was happy to finally hand them the keys to their new spot!

Helping people like T and A achieve their real estate goals is what makes this line of work rewarding for me. I know T from my work as a youth sports coach, and we had run into each other a few times over the years around Oakland. Getting to work with their family over the last couple months has been a great experience and one I won’t soon forget.
